About Council Meetings
Council meetings are conducted according to the framework and guidelines set down by the Local Government Act 1995 and are attended by the Lord Mayor, the Deputy Lord Mayor, Councillors of the City of Perth, the Chief Executive Officer, Directors, administration staff, members of the media, interested ratepayers/electors and community members.
City of Perth Council meetings are held at 6.00pm on the third Tuesday in a continuous three week cycle when Elected Members meet to make decisions on governing the local government. These meetings are held in the Council Chamber, Level 9, Council House, 27 St George’s Terrace, Perth on the dates listed in the Council Meeting Calendar.
